Foreclosure of at least 22 Million homes in America this last year is a disgrace. I want families in those homes. 

My plan as President is to use Social Security funds collected from Social Security deposits used as the funds to support home buyers to move back in to these empty homes at 6% interest loans, under FHA and HUD. The idea that 22 million homes are empty because of excessive interest demanded by the Home Mortgage industry must stop.

American living is based upon home ownership, based upon jobs being available for citizens.

The first consensus was that these homes were in foreclosure because citizens overbought, beyond their budget, but many of these homeloans were safe at 6% loans, only when the Mortgage companies raised the loan rates to 8% and 10% adjustable, did the buyers start to fail, more failures were caused by the downsizing of American jobs.

Since 2003, 800,000 jobs have been lost to outsourcing/downsizing. That's 800,000 families, where do those families live now? Some 11 million jobs have left our nation since 1990. Inflation is killing the family income, our Federal Government is trying to destroy our nation, to establish the North American Union, then turning our nation over to the United Nations, to be part of the New World Order. I will stop this treason by our elected officials. If you are going to elect any Republican or Democrat this coming November, the United States of America will cease to exist.

 

Stockton, California claims 25% of the homes in that city are in/or are Foreclosed, as industry left that city, many area of America are experiancing this same problem, people are losing their homes. The Mortgage industry is losing Billions of Dollars, Why? If, as they claim it's because buyers over bought, and when Adjustable Loans rates were raised above 6% the buyers were losing the homes, then it makes sense to return those loans to 6%, until our national economy recovers. 

    Our families are being downsized, factories closed, and this is happening all over our nation. This is a national disaster, and it is not stopping. I will return our manufacturing to America,
I will help these families return to homeownership. to restore our nation with borders protected, with jobs for Americans. We need to issue Income Tax help for some of these families, so they can survive the destruction of our economy by the Federal Goverenment.

Right now many of our Military families are in financial trouble, as these patriots have been sent back two or more times for additional duty, and their family incomes have suffered. We need a standing Army sufficiently trained, to defend our nation, so our State National Guard are available for stateside duty when needed. Our National Guard volunteers should not be risking loss of the family home, in order to serve our nation.We need some pride in this nation, and the Republican and Democrats are a disgrace. Everything you go to buy now is made out of the United States. Lets bring America back to Americans. Buy "Made in the USA", unless you are planning to move to China.  

The Military Commissions Act of 2006 removed our rights to a trial, by eliminating the "writ of habeus corpus".
Now if the government believes you are a threat to the government, if you dare demonstrate against the government, you can be detained, indefinitely as an enemy combattant, probably never seen again. 

The Bill of Rights gives us the right to demonstrate against our government.

The Bill of Rights guarantees us the right to a trial and to face our accusors, to be judged by a jury of our peers, and to defend ourselves.

Well that would not work very good when our government plans to enact the Security and Prosperity Partnership, to remove our borders, to form the North American Union. 

If  you interfere with the government plans to destroy our sovereignty, you will disappear, to never never land.

More and more globalization,  and loss of more American jobs, more imports from China, more selling our country's infrastruction. Selling our free highways to foreign countries to run  as toll roads.  

A Texan citizen recently shot 2 men who were burglarizing the home next door to him. He called 911 to report this to the police, the police were telling him to forget it, do not confront the burglars, but they were leaving, so he went out the door of his home to confront those burglars who were actually on his property at the time. With his shotgun, he ordered the men to "Freeze, or I'll shoot", they moved, he shot. Shot them dead, now the Texas law allows it's citizen to actually protect their private property. Some of the people are up in arms about this vigilante action.
Why?

Our police never get around to looking for, or finding your property after you have had a loss.
The police come to your home, make a report, then leave. 
The Police "do not" do anything to find your missing property.
What they expect you to do is file a report with your insurance company. 
Do not expect the police to find anything, it really would take too much of their time to do so. 

So Texas finally gave citizens the right to protect your home or your neighbors property if you catch the criminals in the act. These two men are now dead, they chose to be criminals in broad daylight, this citizen saw  them leaving the house next door with the loot, he confronted them, they are now dead. 

When the police actually find a big haul of some stolen items, they let you come to the police station to identify your property, IF you have proof that these items are yours. If you don't have receipts or other photographic proof, you do not get anything back. The police can now sell these items to keep the money for the police department. The more you can't identify, the happier the police are.

Well it's about time that citizens have the right to protect their property, I think this was the right action. More power to the people to protect themselves.  Too many citizens are denied any rights to protect themselves or their property. If a thief is leaving your home with your property, in most states, you may not shoot that person in the back to stop them, because that person or persons are not threatening you. So you are just suppose to let the criminal walk away, and then call the police, who will do nothing. Good for Texas, right on Texas, I love Texas, I live in California where we have no rights.

Too many police really are only looking at what will enrich their department, at the least effort on their part. Not to protect you or your property. I've called the police when I've needed instant help, they arrived 3 hours later. Made a report, I indentified the accoster, where the accoster lived, and they refused to prosecute. Some police protection!

Jena, LA I was offended by the migration to Jena, LA of African Americans who demanded the release of the student who viciously attacked an innocent White Student to demonstrate the African Americans had the right to beat a White person, and then get special minimal incarceration for this offense. 

That demand and demonstration put the rest of the African Americans in Jena, as out castes for the future. The divide will increase as Whites will avoid anything to do with those African American citizens.
 
Case in point: Just how long would Jesse Jackson and the rest of the political hacks of his entourage demand jail time for a  White student if 6 White males had attacked ONE African American student, with the same medical damages the White Student suffered?

Case after case of Black on White crime, and the Black community believes the Black criminal should receive only minimal punishment. Why? There is still the belief that Blacks still have the right to use violence and torture to make up for slavery that occurred prior to 1865.

Another case just recently where a White male was viciously beaten because he used the "N" word, and that Black person felt obligated to use violence to get even.

Yet until recently African Americans used that term themselves as a put down of their own people.

When African Americans use any racist term Honkie or what ever, about White people, they feel that's OK, they have a reason to call us names. OK for them to be derogatory, but not in reverse.

African Americans feel White employers must employ people of their race or the white employer is racist. Counting what percentage of employees are African Americans, and demanding African Americans must be employed so they are represented equally (18%). YET If an African American company were demanded to employ 82% of whites, they are offended and totally insist that "no way, this is an African American company and they only hire African Americans.  A two way street, that only infuriates White employers even more.

IF white people had some event, claiming this was for the benefit of Whites, there is an instant uproar that this is racist, yet if they have an event to help African Americans, that is not racist, but just an aid program for their race. Sorry African Americans, that is racist.

Do you think I as a white person were to move in to a predominant African American community that I'd be safe? I don't. I remember the Rodney King event where innocent White citizens were beaten and robbed, and the African Americans rioted, looted, burned and destroyed innocent white people and businesses that had nothing to do with the court decision of that case. Injustice in that case? I believe so as many many white people also believed. Then pleaded helplessness for White businesses to rebuild as they now had no place to shop.

I personally went in to the Foothill police station to vent my disgust in their behavior, telling them, maybe I would have responded that way myself out of anger of having to chase someone who refused to stop on the freeway, but they are suppose to be trained professionals, They aren't.

But for African Americans to demand they don't deserve punishment for violence against whites must cease, as they would equally demand Whites be punished for the same offenses.  

What should have happened in Jena, ? That tree should have been cut down the next day with the hangnooses still on the limbs, to emphases that this behavior was an affont to the sensibilities of those who  implied the sitting under that tree was for Whites only.

We must be color blind in America, we must stop racism, we must all feel safe in our communities, we must end gangs, stop the shooting of innocent non or those who belong to another gang.

America has more problems to survive, and if we are not all together, we will no longer exist. United We Stand, or else. Don Cordell for President in 2008, or else. Do you trust any Republican or Democrat in the future?
Which party has been defending our borders? If we do not unite, we will continue to be overrun, and our nation will lose it's borders, to become a member of the United Nations. So Americans join me, save this nation.

9/11 Today is the day that will live in infamy, the Dec 7th 1941 repeat of someone attacking our nation. We have not, and probably will not avenge this attack. Invading Iraq was and is not the answer. The answer is to destroy Islamist, people and countries.

We have fought valiently to start this nation, and to preserve this nation. Millions have given their lives to protect this nation, and now we  have spent 4 years, with more and more loss of lives, and we will probably pull out of Iraq leaving a political mess.

So our government is allowing Mexican Trucks, and drivers open access to all American Highways, why? I'll tell you why, this is part of the North American Union plan.
 
Our nation is involved in the building of a Super Highway from the West Coast of Mexico to Kansas City, and on north in to Canada. WHY? Well to distribute imports from China all over our nation. Now Mexican truckers can load up in Kansas City to deliver goods nationwide, with out having to pay these exhorbanant fees American truck drivers would charge. So we can eliminate American Truckers from our highways. Since American truck drivers pay huge sums to use our highways, who is going to pay the money to keep our highways operating for Mexican trucks? Not Mexican truck drivers they are licensed in Mexico, so you the citizen will pay more for highway maintainance to keep the Mexican truck on the road.

Since we will become the North American Union with open borders, we will have so many more Hispanics now invade our nation. The Hispanic children born in this nation will follow their parents instructions to register to vote and elect Hispanic politicians to help join our nation as a state of Mexico.
Of course we will soon just be part of the United Nations anyway, so why worry.

                                        Jobs in America, what jobs?

Factories close, moving production out of America, then the support companies close, and lay off more workers. All over America, more and more workers laid off, and in a state of shock. Suddenly with one or two paychecks missing, the employee and the family are in trouble. We now have Japanese auto manufactures making cars in America, want to bet the highest paid employee probably makes $10/hr, if even that. How can American employers afford to pay Americans $18-$25/hr, then make a car to compete with the quality of the Japanese automobile?

Why? Well companies are convinced that the profit line is more important than our nation. These companies see profit as the guiding light, not the security of our nations future.

GM, Chrysler, and Ford in Jan 2007 announced each company laying off at least 30,000 employees.
Now that means all the suppliers in other areas of the USA are now laying off more employees. Automobiles are assembled from many suppliers, 1 Million cars equals 4 Million tires, 2 Million headlights, lots of windows, lots of wiring, switches, radio's, power steering units, differentials,  bearings, brake pads, interior cardboard items for the door panels, and all the other items, even those nuts and bolts each car required now not needed, as these items will also be made in some other country. So you're out of work, your spouse is out of work, you can't make the car and house payments, so you let those go and move in to an apartment, then you can no longer afford the apartment, and try to move in with some relative who is still working. 

You can no longer afford going to the theater, the theater closes, since not enough customers,  no more eating out so the restaurant lays off employees, you don't go to get a haircut, so the barber closes his doors, and he can no longer afford to make his car payments. His store is closed and soon vandalized, the community starts to fall apart. More and more of this is happening all over America, Why? Drive through Detroit, Michigan, that's an example of what is happening to America, Detroit is not alone.

Our politicians and the very rich believe this is the future of America, you the very poor, and they, the very rich. But somewhere along the way, no more cars being sold in America, no one can afford cars, so no one will use gasoline, problem solved, the eventual senario, America destroyed. Only the rich can afford anything. Is this what you want for our nation.

Our Supreme Court chips away at our Bill of Rights, year after year. Reducing our freedom of speech, bit by bit, you're not allowed to make certain comments, might hurt someone's feelings.

In 1797, and again in 1918, our nation came up with the law that made it a Criminal Offense to make negative comments about our government. This was the Sedition Act. This was repealed in 1921, but now this is really a bit of the Homeland Security Act, and other little bills passed again and again. Slowly eliminating our freedom of speech.

That was at 1797 and 1918 dollars. How much of this history of America do you remember? bet you didn't remember this. Montana in 2005 just issued a reprieve of some of those convictions issued during WW I, realizing what a travesty of justice those convictions were.

Our nation was rescued by the brave citizens of this nation who openly opposed the British in 1776, to free our nation, and start the United States of America. Now our nation plans to disarm all citizens. "Public Law 87-297" gives our government the legal right to invade your home and confiscate all firearms you have. Then under this law to disarm all of our military. Don't believe me, check this out on the internet, read the actual bill on the internet. Read exactly what it says, the Government, your Government can do.

Our nation is about to be dissolved, converted first to the North American Union, then finally just turned over to the United Nations "New World Order". 

Check out "REX 84" on the Internet about our Detention Centers being staffed, so if you demonstrate about our nation being destroyed, you will disappear, detained, like at our base in Cuba. No trial, you have not been charged with a crime, just a threat to the country, now you're a terrorist. Must get you out of the way. What are we to do, when our nation is falling apart, our highways are crumbling, and poorly marked. Our bridges falling apart, only by the grace of god that so few were killed in this disaster in Minneapolis this week.

My prayers and condolences go out to those who lost loved ones these last few days. An accident/failure that in no way should have happened.

There are too many dangerous bridges of these types all over our nation. Most bridges are at least 40 to 50 years old or more.

America has done everything for the world to help other nations, but have avoided repairing our own infrastructure.

Bridges collapse! My goodness, Why? When you look at all the money we have given foreign nations, instead of keeping America safe, it is time we take care of America first.

My program will take care of rebuilding America’s highways, and make them safer. As a driver who has been all over this nation, I have seem some highways that just shout, DANGER. Stupid designs with no thought about how quickly the motorist can react.

How many of us have driven facing into the sun? Really not able to see anything at those hours of the morning or evening, yet we blindly go forwards? I've been there too, so I know how it is. There is no solution for that, except to make sure signs and markings are large enough for us to be aware of the condition of hazzards.

Highways not really wide enough for any emergancy avoidance of something in the way. Area's where we come around a curve to conditions just begging for trouble. I just can't understand how so many of these locations go unchanged for years. We all know of these locations, yet nothing is ever done to correct these situations.

It is time to take care of our nation first. What if this had happened on one of those days when the temperature was 30 below zero in Minneapolis?

Hundreds of thousands bridges near failure? We can’t afford not to take care of this problem. Why wasn’t that bridge built out of Stainless Steel?, or powdercoated paint.

There are engineering solutions to these failures, even I know that. If I have to oversee the design of "every" blueprint before construction I can do that. It’s called, common sense.

Is the bridge that you, or your loved ones cross tomorrow, the next one to fail? Do you want to take that chance? A school bus with 58 children, seconds from having fallen in to the river, instead of sitting there on a part of the bridge sitting on land. What would you do if those were your children? I don’t want to even think about that.

December 13, 1968 between Point Pleasant, OH, and Kanauga, WV the temperature was 43 degrees, the failure of The Silver bridge that evening with bumper to bumper traffic falling into the Ohio river, caused by the failure of a steel link and oddly enough on "US 35", an unusual design not used anymore, but there are too many bridges out there rusting away, ready for failure tomorrow? That bridge was a box that enclosed the vehicles so that no one could escape, Semi's, buses, automobiles, trapped. I wonder about those bridges out of downtown Pittsburgh, PA those bridges are old.
It hasn’t happened often yet, but if it’s the bridge your on, then what? These are going to happen more and more, as our highways and bridges age, and deteriorated by the weather. Why hasn’t this been taken care of? What politician has failed your community? I am just appalled at this failure.

Our highways are mostly at least 50 years old, and falling apart, our infrastructure falling apart. I will take care of this if I’m elected. We walk around with so many high tech products in our pocket, and yet we are at risk on every street and highway in America. Enough already. Our weather here in California is so mild we forget what the weather does to your highways east of here. It’s time that I take care of this, to secure your safety. I’ll do it.
 

I remember the US 40 bridge that went in to Saint Louis, MO years ago, a steel framed bridge, now replaced with an open concrete bridge so much simpler and safer. How many accidents happen because of highway design? There is so much to redo, let’s get with it America.

I plan to build an entirely new highway system in America to separate the trucks and personal automobiles. When we have these pileups in the fog and weather problems those in autos don't stand a chance.

Recently a large Semi rearended a small car and killed the couples two children in their car seats in the back of the auto. This is not the best design for the 21st Century America. We need more ways to warn citizens of hazzards ahead and with todays electronics that is easy, and to transmit this warning to our Highway officers so they are ready if need be to get help on the highway, and transmit these warnings to approaching motorists, all possible with todays electronics. Built in warnings in our cars localized to just the immediate traffic either by antenna's along side the highway or loops in the pavement. All practical and possible. We are still driving most highways designed in the 1930's. Blind intersections, poorly surfaced roads that prevent a safe stopping action. We are such and advanced nation, yet our politicians just don't get around to taking action on these situations.

 I may sit in the White House from 2009 to 2016 but I want to know from all of you citizens where you see problems. Let President Don know and I'll make sure it's done. No other candidate for President even cares.
